1. Spodumene Ore
A lithium-containing ore with the main chemical composition LiAl(SiO₃)₂, often containing elements such as iron, manganese, and sodium, serving as an important mineral raw material for lithium extraction. Lithium’s high specific capacity and low density make it widely used in battery manufacturing, such as lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones, laptops, and electric vehicles.
2. Spodumene Concentrate
High-grade ore obtained through beneficiation of spodumene ore, with high lithium content, serving as the main raw material for producing lithium compounds such as lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide. These lithium compounds are further processed for use in the ceramic and glass industries to improve product performance and are key raw materials for preparing lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials.
3. Amblygonite
A mineral containing lithium, aluminum, and phosphorus, with the chemical composition LiAl(PO₄)(F,OH), a type of lithium ore resource that can be used to extract lithium and other useful elements. Extracted lithium is used in the battery industry to drive new energy development, while aluminum and phosphorus can be utilized in chemical and construction material industries.
4、碳酸锂:
从锂辉石、锂云母、盐湖卤水等含锂资源中经化学加工(如烧结、酸化、蒸发结晶等)提取出的锂盐产品,化学式为Li₂CO₃,通常为白色粉末状。根据纯度可分为工业级(99.0%-99.5%)和电池级(99.5%以上),是锂产业链中承上启下的核心化合物产品,直接用于制备锂电池正极材料、电解铝添加剂、特种玻璃陶瓷及金属锂的原料。
5、锂废料:
含锂的废旧电池、电极材料、合金及工业残料,主要来源于报废的动力电池、消费电子电池、含锂合金废件及生产过程中产生的边角料。它是重要的再生锂资源,通过物理分选、湿法冶金等回收工艺可重新制备成锂盐或锂材料,对保障锂资源战略安全、降低环境污染和减少原生矿产依赖具有关键意义。
