Welcome

1、Zinc Ore
Zinc-rich ores, commonly including sphalerite (ZnS) and smithsonite (ZnCO₃), serving as the main mineral raw materials for zinc extraction. Zinc’s good corrosion resistance makes it widely used for galvanizing steel to prevent rust and as a common negative electrode material in battery manufacturing.

2、Zinc Concentrate
A product enriched from zinc ore through flotation and other processes, with high zinc content and certain impurities such as sulfur, iron, and lead. It is the main raw material for zinc smelting. The smelted zinc is used not only for galvanizing but also for manufacturing zinc alloys for casting automotive parts and hardware accessories.

3. Zinc ingots:
Zinc ingots are metallic zinc blocks extracted from zinc concentrate or recycled zinc materials through pyrometallurgical or hydrometallurgical processes. Their purity is typically 99.5% to 99.995%. They are a preliminary zinc smelting product, containing small amounts of impurities such as lead, cadmium, and iron. They can be used directly in hot-dip galvanizing, battery manufacturing, or as raw materials for producing further processed products such as zinc alloys and zinc oxide.

4. Electrolytic zinc:
Electrolytic zinc is a high-purity zinc product extracted from zinc concentrate through hydrometallurgical processes (roasting-leaching-electrolysis), with a purity generally not less than 99.995%. It has extremely low impurity content and a smooth, dense surface, representing the final refined form of zinc. It is mainly used in high-grade galvanizing, precision alloys, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and electronic devices—fields requiring high purity.

5. Zinc scrap:
Zinc scrap refers to zinc-containing waste metals or industrial residues, mainly derived from galvanized parts, zinc alloy components, batteries, and smelting slag, with varying zinc content. It is an important recycled zinc resource; through recycling and smelting, it can be reused to produce zinc ingots or alloys, helping to conserve resources and reduce energy consumption in zinc production, making it a key link in the zinc industry's circular economy.
